Music: Audio-post packages integrate music you provide and have permission to use. Creature effects: Sound-design packages use suitable library effects, edited and processed for the scene. Original scoring and a bespoke creature voice are optional add-ons.
Original Scoring
Original music composed for your project, with an agreed style, instrumentation, and cue list. Brief cue—up to 60 seconds $200–$400. Multiple cues or longer score $200–$400 per finished minute of original music. Feature scoring / complex arrangements: Custom quote. Priced by music duration, not film runtime; four minutes of music typically adds $800–$1,600. Permitted uses defined in quote; live musicians, buyouts and extra versions quoted separately.
Custom Creature Sound Design
A distinctive voice built through layering, processing, and original vocal performance where appropriate. Signature Creature Sound $150–$300: One defining roar, scream, or call, plus up to two closely related variations. Creature Voice Set $400–$800: One creature, 4–6 agreed vocalizations or behaviors, such as breathing, attack, pain, or death. Extended Creature Development From $1,000, custom quote: Broader vocal range, multiple creatures, extensive recording, or substantial scene-specific performance. Add-ons cover development and agreed assets. Placement and mixing into picture covered by accompanying sound-design or audio-post quote.
Fixed quotes follow footage/audio review. Locked picture assumed; later edits or added scope may cost extra. Two consolidated revision rounds for audio post; one for standalone services and add-ons within approved direction. Stereo included with audio post; extensive Foley, ADR, surround, rush and specialized deliverables quoted separately. 50% deposit for smaller projects; agreed milestone payments for features. Pricing covers finished audio deliverables; editable project files and session handoff must be discussed before booking.
